- The summary is free; the full report and re-checks use credits.
- Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Used credits are non-refundable.
- Results are guidance — your university’s rules and your supervisor have the final word.
Who we are
These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of Dissertation Format. Contact: support@dissertationformat.com.
Credits
New accounts start with 0 credits. A full report costs 10 credits; a re-check of the same dissertation within 14 days costs 5. A check that fails on our side refunds its credits automatically.
Prices include VAT and are shown before you pay. Credits never expire.
Cancellation and refunds
When you buy credits, you ask us to supply them straight away, and you confirm that you lose your right to cancel for any credits once you use them.
Within 14 days of a purchase you can ask for a refund of the credits from it that you haven’t used: email support@dissertationformat.com. If you haven’t used any of them, you get a full refund. We take the refunded credits back from your balance. Credits already spent on reports or re-checks are not refunded.
When a payment is refunded or reversed for any other reason, we also take back the credits it bought. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Accuracy
Rules come from public university documents and from handbooks uploaded by students. We review them, but we can’t guarantee they are complete or current. Always check against your university’s latest requirements.
Acceptable use
Only upload files you have the right to use. Don’t upload someone else’s dissertation, and don’t try to get around limits or payments.
We only check formatting. Dissertation Format never writes, rewrites or edits your work.
